Spare part for Mortise drill jig.
Mortise Cylinder Drill Jig instructions for Swing Bolts:
Place the drill jig over the top of the mortise cylinder insuring that the
guide pin enters the keyway. Note that the guide pin rides in or out if required.
Once hole is started you may choose to remove the drill guide.
When completing the hole care should be taken not to penetrate the lock.
Use the Poke Tool to wiggle into the crevice between the top of the barrel
spindle and the side plate of the lock. Twisting and jiggling up and down will
help. NOTE: In the case where the lock is installed upside down or the door
is tight to the swing bolt our Bypass Shim may be used to raise or lower the
swing bolt.
